Established in 1992, PAKS Trust opened its first permanent residential home, Oaston Lodge, for adults with learning and physical disabilities.
Now, it has 4 homes located throughout Coventry and Warwickshire, 3 in Nuneaton and 1 in Coventry, it has created a loving community in all of them for each individual to thrive in.
PAKS Trust is a UK registered charity (Charity number 1012204).
At Beaman House, we provide personal care and accommodation for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. We take great care in recruiting our team and supporting them through a thoughtful induction, helping them build meaningful connections with the people they care for. Our staff work hard to deliver care that is personalized to each individual’s interests, needs, and preferences. Care plans are regularly reviewed to ensure they stay relevant, and people are empowered to make informed decisions about their care. Our team feels supported and confident that any concerns or suggestions will be taken seriously. We consistently deliver person-centred care, and we are also beginning to explore and plan for people’s advanced care wishes.
People living at Beaman House often tell us how much they enjoy life here and speak warmly about the staff who support them. They are actively involved in shaping their care and are encouraged to grow in confidence and independence. We offer a variety of meaningful activities, thoughtfully tailored to each person’s wishes. Families consistently express their appreciation for the quality of care and the reliability of our team in coordinating health and social support. It’s rewarding to hear that their loved ones are happy and living fulfilling lives, thanks to the compassionate care provided by our team.
At our home, we take pride in knowing each resident as an individual and ensuring they are safe, happy, and well cared for. Our team works hard to protect residents from harm and provide the support they need with kindness and respect. Medicines are always available when required, and our trained staff are there to assist safely and confidently.
We maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the home and take careful steps to reduce the risk of infection, creating a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Residents and their families often tell us how much they value the care and support they receive, praising our staff for their dedication, reliability, and compassion.
We are committed to making sure every person living with us feels supported, respected, and part of our community, and we are always looking for ways to make their experience even better.
At Hatfield House, our residents consistently tell us they feel safe and well cared for. Our staff know how to protect them and are fully trained in the procedures for raising any concerns, ensuring everyone’s wellbeing is always a top priority.
We take the time to get to know each resident personally, understanding their individual needs, preferences, and routines. This helps us provide care that is truly tailored to them. Families often praise our team for the respect, privacy, and dignity we maintain in all aspects of care, and we are proud that our approach helps residents feel valued, supported, and at home.
Lupin House is a small residential home in Nuneaton supporting people who require nursing or personal care. Our residents are treated with respect and dignity, encouraged to make their own choices, and supported to live as independently as possible while staying connected to the local community.
We are committed to the principles of Right Support, Right Care, and Right Culture. Our staff empower people to make meaningful decisions and maintain control over their lives, providing care that is respectful, minimally restrictive, and always in each person’s best interests. Our policies and systems reinforce this positive, person-centred approach every day.
