Established in 1992, PAKS Trust opened its first permanent residential home, Oaston Lodge, for adults with learning and physical disabilities.
Now, it has 4 homes located throughout Coventry and Warwickshire, 3 in Nuneaton and 1 in Coventry, it has created a loving community in all of them for each individual to thrive in.

Beaman House.
At Beaman House, we provide personal care and accommodation for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. We take great care in recruiting our team and supporting them through a thoughtful induction, helping them build meaningful connections with the people they care for. Our staff work hard to deliver care that is personalized to each individual’s interests, needs, and preferences. Care plans are regularly reviewed to ensure they stay relevant, and people are empowered to make informed decisions about their care. Our team feels supported and confident that any concerns or suggestions will be taken seriously. We consistently deliver person-centred care, and we are also beginning to explore and plan for people’s advanced care wishes.

Walsingham house.
At our home, we take pride in knowing each resident as an individual and ensuring they are safe, happy, and well cared for. Medicines are always available when required, and our trained staff are there to assist safely and confidently.
We maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the home and take careful steps to reduce the risk of infection, creating a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Hatfield House.

Lupin House is a small residential home in Nuneaton supporting people who require nursing or personal care. Our residents are treated with respect and dignity, encouraged to make their own choices, and supported to live as independently as possible while staying connected to the local community.
